Free Sign Language Classes

Free Sign Language Classes to the Community.
It's just about that time again for
a new session of classes. Due to the popularity
we have added classes/locations. Below is
locations, times, and classes offered. Classes
will go for 11 weeks, starting the 3rd week
of Aug.
Discovery Church (Near Downtown
Orlando) at: 4400 S. Orange Ave, Orlando,
407-855-3140, starting Monday Aug 15th from
7-8:30pm. We will have Beginner's class.
Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church
at: 5200 West South St. Orlando, 407-299-8820,
starting Tuesday Aug 16th, from 6:45-8:15pm.
We will have a Beginner's Class, Intermediate
Class, and an Interpreter's Class (for those
seeking QA or RID).
Liberty Baptist Church at: 2451
Dora Ave, Tavares, 352-343-0061, starting
Tuesday Aug 16th, from 7-8:30pm. We will
have a Beginner's Class.
New Vision Community Church at:
3927 Hwy 441 N. Plymouth, 407-886-3619,
starting Thursday Aug 18th, from 7-8:30pm.
We will have a Beginner's Class, Intermediate
Class, and an Advanced/Conversational Class.

| WHO - Qualified and Certified
Interpreters with a God inspired interest
in the deaf community as a whole, has
a good working knowledge of ASL and
deaf culture, with a desire to grow.
We are a Christian based organization,
thus, we endeavor to study to show ourselves
to be approved workmen unto GOD able
to rightly divide His Word through interpretation
without shame. |

| WHAT - We interpret and/or
translate for deaf and hard of hearing
people in situations where the hiring
of a professional interpreter is not
a viable option. We sponsor and support
the community in the art of learning
sign language in addition to offering
some of the best workshops with the
absolute best facilitators available.
We do all of this as lay-ministers......thus,
these are all non paid opportunities.

| WHEN - We seek to serve whenever
and however He allows. We interpret
for weddings, funerals, reunions, church
services, conferences, Lamaze classes,
informal meetings, theatrical performances,
retreats, etc. We counsel, we befriend,
we share and we care. We do all of this
to and for God's glory. |

| WHERE - We represent a variety
of denominations including Methodist,
Baptist, Seventh Day Adventist, African
Methodist Episcopal, Lutheran, Pentecostal,
etc. We all love Jesus!!! |

and the deaf: for the same Lord
over all is rich unto all that call
upon Him. How then shall they call on
Him in whom they have not believed?
And how shall they believe in Him of
whom they have not heard? And how shall
they hear without a preacher and
interpreter? And how shall they
preach and interpret, except
they be sent? As it is written, how
beautiful are the feet of them that
preach / interpret the gospel
of peace, and bring glad tidings of
