Hello all!! Fall is almost here! We're having a fun filled summer and our fall and winter 2004 sessions of sign language classes will soon be in full swing. We have many exciting activities coming up this summer and fall season. Be sure to lgo on to www.tciorlando.com and visit the calendar page to see the exciting events coming up. TCI's round-table discussion groups for interpreters are on hold as we're "re-grouping." The interpreters and deaf involved in People's Theatre's Once On This Island did a fantastic performance under the direction of our new Terp/State Director Carmen Unick. The "team of volunteers" will be having a celebration fellowship dinner later this month. AND, tell somebody about the up-and-comng sessions of FREE 10-week ASL clases co-sponsored by our partners - New Vision Community Church and Mt. Sinai MBC, starting August 17th and 19th.

You may notice a new look to our newsletter as we continue to grow. I look forward to seeing all at some upcoming evnets, and meeting those of you who I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet. Thank you for your involvement in TCI, as we "make a difference" in the lives of deaf, hard-of-hearing, and their families.

God Bless! - Melanie Peach CI/CT, Program Director
